~Dear Friend, how do you want the next chapter of your life to start?
~Dear Friend, what is stopping you from trying?
~Dear Friend, life isn’t going to come find you.
~Dear Friend, you have to go find the life you love.
~Dear Friend, it’s never too late.
It’s easy to want to put everyone in a box. We believe our decision-making process is the same. We believe our execution style is the same. We compare how we show up in the world.
I gain clarity through the process. I gain clarity by showing up and being open to the experience.
It’s beyond frustrating to know my process is going to most likely require a few more steps but I am learning to have grace with myself and with the process.
Emotional awareness. I am still in amazement, that there is a high percentage of men who are unaware how their projected emotions are actually perceived.

You have to decide to save yourself!
You have to do the thing!
You are the person you have been looking for!
Joy is a personal emotion. Find ways to connect with joy in your life. The more joy you have, the more joy you will feel. Connect to the feeling of joy in all you do.
