Grief is personal. Grief is complicated. 

Be it the death of loved one, a divorce, the loss of a job or a relationship, we’re all experiencing some form of loss resulting in grief. We all handle it differently. And as the pandemic progresses grief has intensified because death, loss and transition and life as we know I has changed forever, causing a collective grief fatigue.

Some challenges you win and some challenges you lose.  
We lost! 
Talk about mental toughness! 

Seventy-five gallons of water, over 450 miles walked and more. Some challenges we choose. Some challenges choose us. Not only did Tracy and Deanna complete the 75-Hard Challenge, but they’re thriving all the better because of it.

This is one of the most vulnerable moments I’ve ever shared with the world. It’s about my weight and health journey and my truth for real. Some things I’ve never shared before, publicly. The time is now! I’m grateful for it and bold about it!

From insecurities to sexual assault and sexual harassment, being improperly medicated to choosing poor eating habits for years and a total lack of physical self-control. We all have challenges that we contend with. Be it weight, money, relationships, mental or emotional struggles, we are well able to manage and overcome them by using the strength and strategy of vulnerability. It starts with the mind. Yours mine and ours. 

I'm sharing some tried and true tips and strategies with you. Be inspired and encouraged!
