Shampoo and condition are what we do when we need cleanse and soften our hair. Taking care of our hair can be a significant part of the physical self-care in a black woman’s world! But what about those times of chaos in your life when you don’t want anybody else to ask you another question, especially when you’re dealing with challenging situations that intensify stress or cause you to have moments of anxiety or feel depressed?
