December 27, 2023How I Find Cheap StocksThis video depicts the two methods I use for finding cheap stocks to buy which is a how to find cheap stocks guide. The first method I use is Finviz. Where I use the S&P heat map where you can visualize which stock sectors are discounted based on the price over the last 52 weeks (52 week lows). Currently the consumer defensive sector is on sale which Includes the stock I use as an example KO (Coca Cola). Then I determine if the stock is actually on sale by comparing the current PE (price to earnings) ratio to the 5 year average. The second method I use is TD Ameritrade's stock screening tool to find stocks trading at a discount by filtering for revenue growth, EPS growth, market capitalization and a low stock price. Using this screen today, I discovered HSY (Hersheys) may be a buy. My YouTube channel name is Trading Fundamentals where I combine fundamental and technical stock analysis. Hosted on Acast. December 27, 2023If The S&P 500 Crashes, Here's What I'll Do.This video offers a potential downside plan for the S&P 500 (VOO SPY) crashing in the near term. The S and P 500 is nearing all time highs and may not be able to breakout of those all time highs. If it doesn't the stocks I mention that could fall faster and harder than the SPY are Carnival Cruise Lines (CCL) and Groupon (GRPN). These stocks are poor investments from a fundamental stock analysis and technical stock analysis perspective. The fundamental metrics I cover in this video are revenue, net income, shares out standing and total liabilities. The technical metrics I use are the 2 year standard deviation channel and support and resistance. My channel name is Trading Fundamentals. I am not a financial advisor and this is not financial advice. This is for educational and entertainment purposes. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information....more2minPlay
