Is it fair that we expect people to approach life the way we do? I have been told on several occasions that everyone doesnt think/act/love like me. I personally feel we ought to hold people accountable for their actions/inactions etc. This can be tough in the workplace, in friendships and even in relationships. I am a mother. Far from perfect but I would not trade this hat for thee ENTIRE world. However, there are times I feel my daughter and I misunderstand each other. I see so much of me in her eyes, her mannerisms, her laughter... we are from different generations. I am 48, she is 20.75... she is reserved, I am LOUD. I am charismatic, she is conservative.. we love each other, but sometimes, we hit walls. My mother and I hit walls almost DAILY growing up. I really wish I knew more about her, beyond surface still.
