I’m Amanda Kingsley, host of the Speaking Light Into Abortion Podcast.  My womb has held 5 beautiful souls, one left in miscarriage, three live with me today, and one I chose not to carry to term.  I consider myself mother to them all. 

Choosing abortion was the catalyst for the major life shifts that led me here. I believe that my abortion baby, came to me so that I could do this work, so that I could use my voice to help others both heal and thrive. Abortion was one of the hardest and most importnat things I’ve ever done, it invited me to chose courage in the name of growth. 

This podcast is a space to have conversations about abortion that have never been had. As I continue to learn more about all of you who have had and support abortion, the podcast will evolve. It will grow as we grow. 

We’ll use this space to talk about: the spirituality of abortion, mental health before during and after the procedure, our chosen and learned belief systems, going after our dreams, defining our own success, making money, and unapologetically sharing who we are at our most authentic self.
