I was lucky when I after 2½ years of struggle finally got success with sales as a personal trainer!

I just learned a few tricks, implemented it and then did it again and again, but I missed a very important piece that actually later made it possible for me to control exactly how much and how fast I can grow my business. This is how you make decisions and grow your business with prediction.

I remember I was so desperate to get clients when I started as a personal trainer that I tried to sell to everyone, even when it wasn't a fit.

But after doing this for way too long, I learned a really important lesson and started to say no to clients that wasn't a good fit.

Earlier today I had a sales call with a potential new trainer and then this happened.

One of my friends messaged me asking for advice. Some of his customers inside their community are complaining because their ad account is being shut down because of some changes in Facebook's algorithm.

This got me to think about our community and I realized that even though there's still lock down in Denmark on top of Facebook banding a lot of ad accounts at the moment, we never hear much complaining inside our community - and I think there's two really specific reasons for this...

Understanding numbers has been the greatest learning I've got from any of my mentors!

By just looking at the numbers, we came up with an idea that potentially will generate at least 970 more leads per month for us at the same cost.
