In this episode I explain how I got to the point of starting my healing journey and the tools that I used that helped me along the way. It was not an easy journey but I dedicated the time to myself and I showed up for myself as best as I can everyday. I didn't have any proper guidance in the beginning so I really hope that I can be somewhat a guide for whoever is listening to help your start be a little bit easier.

2 years since I've been active on this podcast. Life was really becoming a bit too serious and my mind was occupied by it and once I had my feet back on the ground I felt to scared to come back because I didn't think I had anything useful to share since I've healed a big part of my self. I didn't know who I was outside my trauma and the reason why I started this was to deal with my trauma and create a safe space. I found myself again for the millionth time and this version of myself has so much to share with you all and I really hope you guys enjoy this journey with me

lately I've been tapping deeper into my divine feminine and I want to help you step into your divine feminine as well! It has been a beautiful and comforting experience and I want to share it with you guys  

On todays episode I reflect back to my therapy seasons and explore my journal and the time I've been spending on my inner child. Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in our own world and push ourselves that we don't even stop and see how far we've come and acknowledge all the tings we achieve and how much we've grown. And reflecting back on that will be a way to heal your inner child.

In today's episode I talk and define what zombies and robots are.I also explore the toxic circle of co- dependency and being stuck in the box of programming and conditioning that one puts on themselves
