  • My spiritual journey

I never really talked about my spiritual journey before and how I got to where I am now, but I know I wouldn't have been able to talk about it in the past because it is hard to talk about. I didn't edit much because I want it to be raw because It is a deep topic for me to talk about so Im sorry for all the background noise and long pauses. Hope you guys enjoy!

  • Shadows of the trauma

Shadow work is exploring aspects of your negative emotions, habits, behaviours and thoughts. Shadow form in your childhood when you suppress your emotions subconsciously and throughout your life you continue to form shadows the more you run and hide from your emotions. Shadow work is the process of embracing all your negative emotions and acknowledging them so you can be free from the hold it has on you. The trauma you experience through out your life will continue to become shadows if you don't work through it that's why I feel like it's extremely important for everyone to do shadow work and work on themselves.

As always if you have any questions I'm always available to answer them. Hope you enjoy!

  • Generational Trauma

In this weeks episode I am introducing generational trauma, there is a lot to unpack and I will do that throughout the weeks. If you don't know what generational trauma is or think you are going through this, this is the episode for you. You may not even know you're experiencing trauma but I think it is so important for everyone to see the unhealthy patterns your family show and I truly believe that it is our generation that are going to break these generational curses and take on more healthy behaviours and habits and pass it down to our children so they don't have to heal from us.

please don't forget to rate and review I will really appreciate it!

if you have any questions or more clarification on the topic I will be more than happy to have that conversation with you.
