Welcome back! This episode is a powerful one. I recently realized that I was struggling to receive love, pleasure, compliments, and any type of generosity. I thought it was my intuition but as you'll learn in today's episode when circumstances are emotionally charged it can be difficult to differentiate between trauma and our intuition. So I'm diving into what I believe to be the biggest contributing factor to my growth this year. And that is relationships. Relationships with friends, family, potential partners, and clients. It's easy to live a life of isolation, but to be truly vulnerable with others and cultivate strong bonds is where life and growth beings to truly flourish.
