Have you ever wondered what you were destined to do? More importantly, have you ever wondered who you were destined to be? In this transparent conversation with Pastor Mart out of Tennessee, we discuss his latest book and his perspective on destiny. How do you manage and keep going when your life is faced with trauma?
Destiny is not always mountain tops, sometimes you experience the valley. Take a listen in as Pastor Mart and I give our perspectives on destiny.
The reality is that competition does exist in ministry like many other professions. Is this to be frowned upon however? What perspective do you have? Is it possible to be on the same team but still compete with each other in the right spirit?
Tune into my first interview with Minister Chadrick Roseboro out of North Carolina as we do our best to scratch the surface on competition vs. cooperation.
Are you being pushed or pacified? Who you are called to be is dependent on those you surround yourself with. Just because someone is connected to you, does not mean that they are meant to push you. In this episode, we explore two questions: are they aware of your capacity? And, are they aware of your function?
Capacity deals with your unique design. Function deals with how you operate. You can have a unique design and still not function in what God has called you to do. My prayer is that you take something away from this conversation as we dive into the question, do you want to be pushed?

I went throughout most of my life being asked, how was I doing? No one ever asked, how or if I was growing? It was not until later that God brought people in my life who held me accountable to grow. Once I developed a certain code for growth, I viewed my relationships differently. I believe in having growth friends. These friends however need to meet certain requirements.
Take a listen to my first episode on developing a code for growth. Looking forward to you transforming your relationships and life through this podcast. #transformthegame

There are four relationships that ministers, leaders and aspiring pastors must manage: Personal, Congregational, with your Colleagues and the Community. Outside of the pulpit, away from the lights, camera and action, we will talk about things that trouble us in ministry. Come take a listen as I discuss and interview aspiring pastors as we tackle the issues surrounding these relationships. The game does not change, we do. Ball up!
