I am not a physician, psychiatrist or clinical therapist. I am a Life Coach and Behavioral Specialist, that means I do not diagnose or prescribe medications, but I do help identify goals/needs, plans to meet those goals and the accountability and mentorship to get people there. I am also well versed in using natural solutions and non-invasive techniques to assist with emotion management, wellness, health and behaviors.

I want to make clear that PTSD, Complex PTSD or any other life issue that changes how we think and feel is not a free invitation to cause harm to others or ourselves, so please do not think of this as a way to enable someone hurting themselves or others. In fact, if you have a person that is harming, self-harming or thinking of suicide because of trauma please call 1-800-273-8255 immediately. This is a Veterans Affairs Administration Hotline for Active Duty and Veterans but they will not turn away anyone in need and can help refer you to additional help and help you through an active crisis.

Change is not something most look forward to. Infact as human beings we are more likely to settle into comfort and allow ourselves to stay in a situation that is painful and that is not ideal, in order to maintain equilibrium or to convince ourselves that it is okay to 'settle' for our situations.
