To find that coexistence, to be in that equilibrium, to be in the balanced state, you've got to create action. When you do, it's so freeing when you're on the other side."

The FOUR examples I share are : 
1. Training for a half-marathon in the mountains during winter. 
2. Preparing for getting another 2.5 feet of snow (after a storm of over 10). 
3. My husband being in paramedic school. 
4. Booking my ticket to Portugal with my college best friend. 

In these examples is the structure I use to move through these very realities and all that goes into it - through both my heart and mind.
