Dr. Jay Ferguson currently serves as the Head of School at Grace Community School  in Tyler, TX. It is the largest private school in East TX with nearly 1000 students from K-12. Before joining the school, Dr. Ferguson practiced law as an attorney in Dallas and Tyler from 1992 to 2002. He then transitioned to the education sector and served as the Director of Development at Grace Community School in 2002-2003 before becoming the Head of School.

Dr. Ferguson completed his Bachelor's degree in History from Baylor University in 1989, followed by a Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1992. He later earned a Master's degree in Education from Covenant College and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Leadership Studies from Dallas Baptist University in 2018.

Dr. Ferguson is married to Ashley, and they have three daughters, Emma, Annie, and Ellen.

Dr. Jason Rachels is the Head of School at Calvary Christian Academy, FL since 2015. CCA is the largest Christian school in the US with nearly 3000 students. Jason has been a teacher, principal, or vice-principal since 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Greek, a Master's in Religion, an Educational Specialist, and a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, all from Liberty University. Jason has been married to Jennifer for 30 years, and they have three children: Willow, Maya, and Remi.

Dr. John Patterson is the  Head of School at First Presbyterian Day School, in Macon, GA.  After being an executive in corporate America from 1998-2002, Dr. Patterson entered the education world. He served as a teacher and basketball coach in Bedford County Schools, VA, 2002-2005, then as a teacher, basketball coach, and administrator at Liberty Christian Academy in Lynchburg, VA from 2005 to 2010. Dr. Patterson then served as the Head of School at Liberty Christian Academy from 2010 to 2020.

Dr. Patterson graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was a starter for their Division I men's basketball team.  He then was an Active Duty Officer in the United States Army from 1996-2001, which included participating in Operation Desert Fox in 1998.  Later as a school administrator, he earned his Doctorate of Education from Liberty University.

Dr. Patterson has been married to his wife, Cindy, for 25 years.  Cindy is also an educator. The Pattersons have a daughter, Gracie, who attends Samford University.

Dr. Steve Whitaker been the Head of School, The First Academy in Orlando, Florida since July 2003. During his tenure, the school has seen amazing growth in spiritual formation agenda, enrollment, and academic programming. He has led multiple capital campaigns for renovations and expansion of all levels of the school, to which families have pledged over $55 million. Steve has written on a variety of topics, and he recently published a book entitled In God We Trust: Five Anchor Points for Turbulent Times.  Steve earned a Bachelor’s degree from South Florida University, and M.Ed. from MidAmerica Nazarene University, and an MA in Education and a PhD in Higher Education Administration, both from the University of Louisville. He is married to Tricia, and the two have three children.

Eric Bradley has been the Head of School at Grace Christian School in Raleigh, NC, since 2016. He has an impressive educational background with a BS in History from the University of Georgia, an MS in History from the University of Southern Mississippi, a M.Ed. from Regent University, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership & Administration from Kennesaw State University.

Eric has extensive experience in the education field. Before joining Grace Christian School, he worked as a Teacher and Head of High School at Mount Paran Christian School in Kennesaw, GA, from 2006-2016. Prior to that, he served as a History Teacher, Spiritual Life Director, and Assistant Principal at Charlotte Christian School in Charlotte, NC, from 1997-2006.

Eric and his wife, Amy, have been married for 25 years and have three children – Amelia (21), Thomas (17), and Audrey (15).

James Talkington is the current interim Head of School at Lexington Christian Academy, an ACSI exemplary-accredited school in Lexington, MA. James has served at LCA since 2004 and has been the Academy Director,  an Upper School English Teacher (Literature and Writing),  and the Director of Upper School. Previous to LCA, James served as an English teacher and Dean of Faculty at Pacific Christian School in Los Angeles, CA. He holds a BA. in Biblical Languages from Central Bible College, an MA in English from Bread Loaf School of English at Middlebury College, and an MA in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.  And as a creative outlet, he has taken up woodworking. James lives in Somerville, Massachusetts with his wife, Megan.

Dr. Jonatahn Kulaga was named the  10th president of Indiana Wesleyan University on August 8, 2022. Over his 34-year career in higher educations, he has served as President and CEO of Ohio Christian University, Chief Academic Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Asbury University, and university and student life development  at Spring Arbor University. He holds a Ph.D. in Higher Educational Administration from Kansas State University, a Master of Arts in College and University Administration from Michigan State University, and his Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Contemporary Ministry from Spring Arbor University. Kulaga and his wife Lena have been married for 35 years and have four adult children.

Andrew Hart is the CEO of The Oaks Academy, a Christ-centered classical school in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 2017, he was honored by Governor Holcomb with the Sagamore of the Wabash Award, one of the highest honors for an Indiana citizen.  Andrew has developed two successful fellowships with a focus on training, inspiring, and supporting school leaders – the Indiana School Leader Fellowship and the Indiana Teacher Renewal Fellowship.  Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University and a Master’s degree from UNC Chapel Hill. He is married to Peyton, and they have two daughters who attend Wheaton College.

Dr. Michael Lindsay became the president of Taylor University in 2021 after serving for a decade as the president of Gordon College. He earned his Ph.D. in sociology from Princeton University and graduate theological degrees from Wycliffe Hall at Oxford University and Princeton Theological Seminary. Michael is married to Rebecca, and they delight in their three daughters, Elizabeth, the eldest, and twins Caroline and Emily.

Kacey previously led the Indiana team as Executive Director of the Indiana Conservative Alliance for Energy, faithfully serving the organization’s mission to advance reliable, clean, and affordable energy for Hoosiers. She has also worked at the Indiana Department of Transportation, Butler University, Faegre Drinker, and on various political campaigns. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Butler University.
