Jess is an intuitive life coach and author who's passionate about inspiring, uplifting and empowering women to tune inwards to unpack who they really are and what they want from life.
As you’ll hear in this episode, Jess has had a big life so far - finding love with a Masai warrior in Africa, experiencing the tragic death of her mother, and the birth of her children have all been formative experiences that she has written about in her book, Becoming a Butterfly.
Jess was determined to break the cycle of suicide in her family and create a new story of courage, following her intuition, strength and hope. She now works as an intuitive life coach and psychic medium with women from all walks of life to ignite their internal fire - to help them find joy, purpose and happiness again.
