First, The plaintiff claims the defendant is a control freak who trapped him in a relationship and even gave him an STD. He’s suing her for emotional distress and a boat motor. The defendant claims the plaintiff was the one who wanted the relationship and he was arrested for assaulting her. She’s countersuing her ex for rent, a loan, and emotional distress.

Then, The plaintiff brings her cousin to court. She says they’re close, but they get into arguments every few weeks. The plaintiff loaned the defendant money, but she hasn’t paid her back, so she’s suing for the balance due on a loan. The defendant argues she’s being sued prematurely.
