Darryn Pinto, CEO and Founder of Australian composting company, Waste Ninja, joins Sarah today.

Working with companies like OzHarvest and World Vision, Darryn shares insights on his post-corporate career, why it's important to compost at home and how we can more thoughtful with the purchases we make at home.
