The holidays do not have to put you in the dumps this year. See working through the trauma and pain of the past can actually be hard. It can take so much energy so let's heal together through storytelling and laughter. We should not have to stop living in joy and cheer this holiday season because of the pain. We just need to get in the right position and head space to make sure we are healing so we can feel and be better. This week we talk about the real questions we need to ask ourselves when getting this holiday season started.

This week apply more grace in your healing journey. The grace will help you to see where you are and take off the pressure for where you are going. It all is in divine timing and you should be a little more gentle with yourself boo!
There is a lot that comes with healing, and it often requires so much of you. That requirement seems so big but the promises that God gives us in that time are relief from all that we have endured. This further confirms that we have to rely on God in our times of trouble. God will meet us right where we are and give us instruction and a blessing to carry with us. Check out this episode about the story of Hagar and the blessing of the promise given of your healing being bigger than just you.
In this bonus episode, we talk about the heaviness and realness of validation and how to not seek it from other places and go to God to reveal our true identity.

In this week's bonus episode, we are practicing an affirmation to speak and pray when we are in the times where it is hard to let go.
The handprint of God in our lives is seen in many ways and it is because God wants us to be in a certain position with Him. God wants us in a place of surrender and that is not always easy when you are overcoming and healing trauma. It may nearly feel impossible. but, I want to encourage you back into the truth today as we discuss letting go of the control in your life, surrendering your life, and letting God take the wheel over your life.

Imagine being called to continue out something great that would change the trajectory of a nation of people. That right there was the call that God commanded of Joshua. In this episode, we are walking into being strong and courageous in the things God has commanded us to do. The thing is we may need to hold on to all that we know of God to be in our lives to show up and ride for us. Being strong and courageous requires a level of faith beyond what we may currently have but we can grow in.
