In this episode, we talk about how valuable the knowledge travelers receive from hospital to hospital is, and how so often it goes unused.  It's truly a shame that so many managers don't utilize this resource.  The possibilities of a cross-educated network, significantly assisted by travelers is truly something that needs to be discussed, and of course... we will.  "Traveler wisdom"...  maybe the more people that listen and share this, we could make a significant improvement to the entire healthcare system!
