Our morning routines are non negotiable because without them we are total hot messes...

The time spent each morning may vary & be longer or shorter depending on what we have going on..i.e traveling, working, at home etc......

But the point is we do the things in the morning...that get us into a high vibe state...the things that help us feel good...the things that help us feel calm...
