Some parts of the government will start to run out of money on Jan. 19 if Congress doesn't agree on government spending. Rep. Rosa DeLauro, a Democrat from Connecticut, discusses the looming deadline for lawmakers to fund the government. And, proceedings began Thursday at the International Court of Justice for South Africa's case accusing Israel of committing genocide against Palestinians.
