This week we discuss Mindfulness, and how it is a great tool in your everyday life. Plus, we chat about how journaling can also help fuel your motivation to become more Mindful! Enjoy!

This week, we take on how to handle and acknowledge our emotions. We also learn that its ok to feel the emotions we do and that they are valid!
