Often, I don't know how a podcast interview is going to go. I prepare and I hope for the best. I want the conversation to be engaging and informative. I want to learn something about the creator or creative process. I want it to be fun. Today's episode with Trevor Fernandes-Lenkiewicz blew away my expectations. Trevor has a Passion (with a capital P) for creating comics and it shows in every aspect of what he creates. We talked about his start reading comics, reviewing and interviewing creators, and how he came to create, write, and crowdfund 6 issues of Area 51: The Helix Project the past few years. Trevor has a new project coming to Kickstarter on May 22nd. It is a collection of short comics called Minutes to Midnight. It sounds incredible! The preview I saw looked amazing.
