The book of James is important for us because it is a short letter full of practical insights into Christian living. The letter is filled with exhortations to Believers about the way they should live their every day lives and show evidence of their faith in Jesus. This teaching is based on the first chapter of the Book of James and deals with how we should live out our faith when we face trials, temptations, and troubles.
