Welcome to the Profitable Property Management Podcast! I’m your host, Jordan Muela. The Tribe Mastermind Podcast is for the brave hearted, wild-eyed, ambitious entrepreneur who demands more from work and life.
We talk about business, purpose, and passion with some of the smartest people from inside and outside the industry. If you’re looking to level up in life, and not just business, this is the podcast for you.
Today I’m joined by Clint Collins from Idaho. He is our first guest who is a member of the tribe. Clint Collins is a seasoned property manager at BMG property rentals. Clint is an avid real estate investor, trainer, and consultant in the field of property management. He is a licensed real estate agent and a broker. Clint has managed thousands of income properties over his career and founded and grew one of the largest and most successful property management companies in Idaho.
We discuss how Clint and Steve were in a mastermind previously. Steve’s mastermind group was one of the first property management masterminds to be successful. We talk about how the screening form Clint created circulated around the property management circle back to Clint. Which type of coaching advice is given and cannot be given. How you can restart your property management business when you don’t plan for it. Giving your staff responsibilities beyond what they normally get will give them a buy-in. Use your who and don’t be afraid to lose money.
