Perry admits, “Something happened this week that triggered memories of the worst failures in my life. That used to cripple me, but through the years Jesus has taught me what to do when that happens.” Maybe this will help you.
Is my phone serving me or am I a slave to it? While Shawna was in Australia she found the time difference created a freedom from her phone that allowed her to show up and be present in a more meaningful way.
When Perry’s son Taylor saw his bride Bri walking down the aisle, he began to weep. Bri on the other hand marveled at Taylor. Something like that’s gonna happen when we, the bride of Christ, see Jesus and he sees us.
Sometimes we complicate things. Sometimes we complicate our faith. Shawna says the older she gets, the more she believes it really comes down to trusting God in all things.
Shawna doesn’t like waiting. Doesn’t like waiting in line or in traffic but when she’s waiting for something good she’s full of hopeful anticipation. God’s Word says that when we wait on the Lord we’re given supernatural strength.
