Netflix recently dropped the "Gabby Petito" Docuseries. It's double ironic to use the word "triggered", but there are no other words to describe it while I sat and watched her story unfold. My heart aches for this family and everything they went through in 2021 and every day since. I remember this entire heartbreaking story happening. Little did I know a year later I would be able to relate to similar loss and tragedy. 

PSA: Pay attention to relationship red flags. SAY SOMETHING even if it's awkward or you are afraid!
