This week we turn back to our series, "How to Have Joy in an Unhappy World," where we'll look to Philippians 2:19-30 and explore what living out the Gospel looks like in the real world.

This week we're taking a break from our series in Philippians to address some of the injustices that have occurred in our country. In "Justice, Race, and the Gospel," we'll look to the Scriptures for help in how the Church should respond to injustice, while looking ahead to the Kingdom of Heaven.

This week we explore three very important and practical aspects of living out the good news of Jesus in our everyday lives, which will ultimately lead us to joy-filled and meaningful lives.

Philippians 2:1-11 // Jesus took a position of humility, and the Apostle Paul urges us to take the same posture of humility, which gives the church a like-minded unity and deepens our joy and satisfaction in the Lord.

Philippians 1:27-30 // The calling of the follower of Jesus is high, and this week we'll look at Philippians 1:27-30 to see what it means to live a life worthy of the gospel and how it impacts our joy.

Philippians 1:12-26 // We are jumping into week two of How To Have Joy in an Unhappy World, a study through the book of Philippians. In every season, every circumstance, we have access to joy and it's all about Jesus!

Philippians 1:1-11

You can turn on the TV, scroll through social media, watch the news, and it doesn't take long to see just how unhappy the world really is. Followers of Jesus, though, have access to deeply rooted joy. This week we're beginning a new sermon series, "How To Have Joy In An Unhappy World," a study in the book of Philippians that will helps us to see how we can have joy in all things.

Jesus appeared to His disciples in his resurrection, demonstrating his power over sin and death, and sends them to preach the Gospel.

Jesus teaches us that all Scripture points to Him.

Jesus has overcome the grave, defeating sin and death once and for all. He is our risen King.
