Death in Adam, life in Christ. What does Jesus work mean? We became sinners by the act of one man, and are made new by the act of another. Grace is SO BIG, that it can overcome our brokenness by the work of Christ. Why would we sell it short? Or suggest that something we or others have done could not be overcome by grace?

Faith in Jesus does not mean rainbow and unicorns. We have peace with God, but not this world. All that goes on in this world that is not easy, pushes us to Christ, and most importantly Hope in Christ

"Ummm, where do I go now?" The life of faith causes us to ask that question: will we trust God to lead us through what may seem an uncertain path, or trust to our our own abilities and resources. Youth Pastor Josh Aschenbach leads us through Romans 4 to challenge us to follow Abraham in living free from fear as God leads us into His promises.

God reveals himself by more than just the Law. It is through Jesus who died for all, because all are sinners in need of a savior, people in need of grace, AMEN? We are saved not by what we do, but by what Jesus did for us. But this does not exclude or remove the law, just reminds us it is by grace we are saved, not by the law.

The longer you are at a church, the easier it is to think that you have it figured out. Romans 3 reminds us of our place, not in relationship to other people, but instead to our perfect God. We are all sinners in need of a savior, each of us in need of God’s grace.

God promises in Scripture that He is doing a new work in our lives and in the world. What does God's "new" look like for us as we head into 2016?
