🍓⚠️🔥🥮 A Fair Farewell In Time

Don’t get caught up with depression,

don’t get lost in other people’s aggressions, 

as a thought in other people’s obsessions,

the road to hell is still paved with good intentions,

I guess this is just life,

and life after all is just lessons,

so learn what you can with or without a plan,

before the time comes for your soul’s ascension,

sending,

this poem to her before her flight,

she’s in route to the airport right now,

via Uber as the day turns to night,

somewhere in Brooklyn,

some day in this space called time,

she’s Russian Canadian so she still balances, 

on Love and Hate’s thin line,

don’t worry Love we’ll be fine,

like all good things all it takes is time,

still balancing somewhere between,

the profane and the divine,

and all of these thoughts can lead,

to some deep seated issues coming up,

but there’s no evil that we cannot defeat,

and all it takes is unconditional love,

and yeah the world is fat,

but honestly so what,

we’ve got a life so we should live it,

we should give our best instead of give it,

so please don’t get caught up with depression,

don’t get lost in other people’s aggressions,

No rest for the wicked,

Which came first,

What’s the friggin’ difference,

You feel so distant now, 

Even though you’re right here by my side,

You feel so different now,

Still I desire everything except your lies,

We’re trippin’ bigly,

One way road of life,

Not everyone makes it,

Hell not everyone even tries,

Trying to get through to you,

In these days of our lives,

It’s cool with me if it’s cool with you,

Taking it one day at a time,

Day after day,

time after time,

Deep in the zone together,

Even though we’re both totally out of our minds,

There must be a way out of this maze, 

just need to find the reasons in the rhymes, 

& yes I know that soon we both must go,

So before we do let’s make love one last time,

Lets both hold each other,

Before we both forget what love was really like,

Lets both show each other,

The glow of our auras & the shine of our lights,

& yeah we know we both have to go tomorrow,

well we know at least that we might,

But we also know that tomorrow,

is certainly not tonight,

that in a world full of wrongs & lies,

Sometimes true love, 

is the only thing that feels totally right,

& I absolutely love,

That we can both openly speak our minds,

but I’m caught up in the moment right now,

So I can’t seem to remember my lines,
