This is just my raw thoughts. A really personal look inside my head. Also, just a realization that I have so much living to do in my life, so much to discover and see. I hope this interesting and prompts some conversations of your own.
The capitol has been overtaken by passionate Trump supporters, who have been inflamed by falsehoods and false hopes. Our country is in chaos, polarized. The siege of the US capitol, fellow Americans have broken in and vandalized the building. This is a sad day for our country.
This is a bit of a different episode but we need to make sure that we do not proceed with drilling in the Arctic Wildlife Refuge. This is public land and 70% of Americans agree that we should not drill here. I recap quite a bit in this episode and discuss the implications of Trump's challenge of the election results. I imagine that the Georgia Run-off elections, January 5th, will be the first case study of these consequences.
What is going to happen with this election is anyone's guess by here I give my personal predictions and thoughts.
I talk about Trump's COVID diagnosis, the forest fires, Ruth Bader Ginsberg's death and the fight that followed and so much more. A lot has happened over the last few weeks and I have a lot of thoughts.
I discuss some of my thoughts on this election and explain why I personally am settling for Biden. I also share some thoughts about the DNC. It is critical that we stand together as a country during this troubling time. and most importantly, VOTE!!
As a member of Gen Z myself, I discuss some of my criticisms of the immaturity that I have seen. I specifically focus on my frustration with those arguing that voting is unimportant. I think youth involvement is wonderful but the native is frustrating at times.
I detail my personal journey as I have evolved and changed the way that I think about the world around me. If you asked me just a few months ago I would've claimed that I was "socially liberal" but "fiscally conservative" and in this episode, I discuss the contradictory and problematic nature of that statement.
Statues across the country are falling. Here's my two cents on the issue. In this episode I try to voice both sides of the issue and discuss my personal opinion.
