I’m chatting to a woman who I think embodies the word fighter in every sense of the word.
Keri Vorster’s life hasn’t always been easy. She lost her mom while she was still young, had to navigate university and a complicated family journey, and learned from a young age that sometimes life doesn’t give you the choice of whether you’re strong — it simply asks you to be.
Listen to great insights from Keri on how to take life to the fullest.
This episode is to find out how Elsje makes it all look easy.
She’s a wife, a mom to two beautiful girls, and a physiotherapist who recently took the leap and opened her own practice.
Listen to get some tips on how to juggle motherhood, business, family, and sport — and still get to enjoy it without doing everything in this frantic, “I’m drowning in my to-do list” energy
What if the strongest muscle we have isn’t the one we can see, but the one we carry in our minds?
Today, I’m joined by a woman who understands the power of the mind—both in navigating life and in pushing beyond our limits. She is a Sport & Counselling Psychologist, helping people understand themselves to overcome challenges, and find the strength to perform at their best.
Today, we’re going beyond the surface—and get to listen to the one who always listens
Some women follow the path life gives them. Others dare to create their own.
Today’s guest is one of those women. She’s a medical doctor, a military woman who has risen through the ranks, and still serves at One-mill Hospital. Rina thought her life was not interesting enough, and recently also added mom to her life resume
She’s resilient, she takes chances, and she isn’t afraid to rewrite the rules of her own story.
Today, we’re talking about courage, change, motherhood, and what it really means to live a fierce life.
Charné is a positive, feisty woman who has faced 2 miscarriages but got a fairytale ending and can call herself mom today. She is a go-getter and believes that her village around her is what carries her through difficult times in life.
My guest today is a woman who puts the meaning of fierce into fierce! She is stubborn (in a good way) and refuses to give up in the work space, during races, and whatever life throws at her. Carna Kriel is a maths tutor, cancer survivor, and multiple Ironman finisher.
Melissa is taking on a massive challenge for the bigger purpose of raising money for better education for children.
Melissa does not shy away from any big challenge!

The odds were stacked against her to finish an Endurance event of this caliber where she needed to swim 1900m in the ocean. But Tané refuses to give up and lives by a decision to never stop trying. If she had not finished the half Ironman this year, she would've just tried next year. Listen to how she had to face challenges as a young kid and how she just found a way to do everything.
