Mental growth takes a lot of strength and fight, but, if you're not ready to fight, or if you don't have the strength to fight, unfortunately it'll suffocate you. You have to keep moving in order to grow mentally, because staying stagnant is not an option

Releasing negative energy helps you to heal mentally, and healing mentally helps you to thrive physically. It takes a lot to get over mental trauma, but if you keep fighting instead of staying stagnant, you'll see progress and keep pushing forward.

Whenever I think of a moment or I'm in a moment, I tend to envision life without my children and it breaks me... which is why I've decided to record my voice just talking to them about anything so that way they'll have a lil memory of me and the good and bad times we've had.
