Andrew encourages men to get a vasectomy to take the burden of birth control off of women in this time of reproductive health inequality. Typically a vasectomy is a simple procedure with minimal complications. Andrew educates audiences with his comedy. Go back to the doctor and advocate for yourself if you do have discomfort or any concerns post Vasectomy. Even though it is awkward, make cartoon sounds if you have to, but be persistent until you're satisfied.

Embracing the absurdities of life in a dry satirical way can help a comedian find a loyal following over time, but there will be nights when the audience just doesn't get it. Michael Isaacs isn't phased by those nights.
