In this episode, I sat down to chat with Sarah Farlow and it was just what I needed!
Sarah is a passionate surfer and traveler, she shares openly about her time working in the Mentawai’s as a surf guide and the journey she went to on to get there.
In a season of lockdowns, restrictions and home schooling, taking some time out to reflect on the joys of travelling and surfing in the tropics was a real treat.
I was so inspired by Sarah’s sense of adventure, her willingness to believe in herself to step into exciting (sometimes scary) new situations and her joyful positive vibe. Her story is a fantastic example of how when one door closes, often an even better door opens!
Sarah shares some great advice about travelling in the topics which has helped me through some of my fears around feeling out of my depth over there.
I really hope this episode will get you thinking about stepping into that next adventure in your own life.
