Welcome to this week's episode of Trudge Report. Less than a week away from the super bowl, Cory is in full Eagles garb and emotionally holding it together. We touch on the upcoming matchup between the Chiefs and the Eagles, and even a few comments about the anticipated (by some but not all) halftime show. Bill is boycotting the entire event.
For the first half of the show, it is a grab bag full of topics. Corey talks about his daughter's birthday party over the weekend. We touch on the two tragic plane crashes that happened earlier the week before. Bill discusses a very bizarre experience he had at a massage parlor, and no it's not what you think. Greg and Corey discuss some recent events in the wrestling world. If you are an NBA fan, check out our YouTube channel for a video posted on the Luka Doncic / Anthony Davis trade.
The recovery segment is an extension of the unity topic from last week. We discuss how important it is for the group as a whole to make decisions based on everyone having the same information. How no one person or persons have more control or authority over a group, it is truly autonomous in nature. We discuss how important it is to allow anyone who is part of a recovery group to have there opinions and feelings be heard, and how the final decision of the group is God's voice shining through. We also touch on how important it is to have this same principle be practiced in our homes.

Welcome to this week's episode of Trudge Report. Join the boys this week as we recap an interesting AFC and NFC championship games from Sunday. Corey is running a little late because he's still celebrating the Eagles going back to the super bowl. First we touch on the most recent game between the Bills and the Chiefs. We ask some important questions and give our passionate analysis of some of the play calling and the overall legacy of both Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes. Then we shift to the absolute dominating performance that the Philadelphia Eagles put on the Washington Commanders. There really are no words to describe the historic performance the Eagles laid out, but we certainly have some takes. We do a quick super bowl preview but more to come on next week's episode.
The recovery segment is all about group unity. Individual welfare in recovery follows a very close second to the welfare of the group, for without the group, there would be no individual recovery. Each of us go around and share a little bit on our experiences in early sobriety with how important the group was for us and the integral part it played in our spiritual foundations.

Join the crew this week as we are recording directly at halftime of the Philadelphia eagles versus Los Angeles Rams NFC divisional playoff game. Corey's heart skips a few palpitations during the episode but ultimately he makes it through. The boys do a quick around the horn. Shawn gets to brag for a minute on his Commanders epic victory over the number one seeded Detroit Lions the night before. Bill gives an update on how his daughter's birthday party went. We touch on the Tik Tok outage and then Greg dives into the New York City congestion issue and how the city is now charging people to drive on its roads.
The recovery segment is all about rock bottom. We go around and share our own personal stories how we hit rock bottom, what life was like at that time, and some of the things we did to recognize and eventually get out of our rock bottom.

Hello everyone and welcome to another episode of Trudge report. This is the first recorded episode of 2025 even though we had one that was released after the new year. Bill is on the injured reserve tonight so Corey, Greg, and Shawn bring you this episode. The boys recap their holidays, travel, time spent with family, and gifts.
After a quick around the horn we get into our 2025 goal setting. We're not calling them resolutions. Each of us go around and list off a handful of goals that we have for 2025. Some are more tangible than others but we set a good tone and good spirit for the new year.
The recovery segment is all about financial stability in early sobriety and beyond. How we rebuild ourselves financially, save money, spend money, and how we view money overall. Remembering that God is in charge, which is easier said than done, each of us talk about the tips and tricks and current practices we have for prosperity.

Welcome to Trudge Report’s first episode of 2025. We wish all of our listeners a happy and prosperous New Year. Due to the season and all of the holiday travel, we wanted to bring a you a GA Phillips classic soliloquy on airport etiquette and travel behavior. From stinky foods on flights, to open air feet with socks, and adventures of the Mile High Club, this episode has it all.
We also have some more holiday talk as we ring in the New Year and then we dive into the beautiful simplicity of the St. Francis Prayer, also known as the Prayer for Peace.
Once again thank you too all of our listeners, supporters, producers, and editors for a wonderful 2024 and a ln even better 2025.
Gratitude and Blessings from the Trudge Crew.

On this week's episode of Trudge Report join Bill, Corey, and Shawn with a special pop in from Producer Janine. While Greg is out enjoying a classical night at the symphony, the three of us unintentionally go down a crazy path of war stories, funny anecdotes, and mishaps from our drinking days surrounding family holidays.
We turn to a mini segment of the history of our vehicles. The damage we have done to certain cars over the years, types of cars, possibly even living out of cars. Producer Janine hops on and tells a funny story about when a boot was put on one of her cars back in the day.
Corey brings a deep and meaningful spiritual reading from Emmet Fox where we break down and share our experience with understanding Truth, how we demonstrate that Truth in our day to day lives, and we can grow in Truth and enhance our spiritual paths by simply doing the right thing.
From all of us at Trudge Report we hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a continued happy and healthy New Year season. Love to all.

Hello everyone and welcome to this week's episode of Trudge Report. There is a lot of nostalgia as we do a year in review podcast where we look back and discuss some of our favorite episodes and cherished memories. We want to thank all of our listeners from the bottom of our heart. 45 episodes and going strong. We look forward to 2025 and bringing you some exciting and new content.
We also have a host of different topics we discuss from holiday gift shopping, dads doing braids and other hairstyles for our daughters, the elf on the shelf dilemma, the mysterious drones mostly over Cory's childhood home in New Jersey, and much much more.
Our recovery segment is another reading from Emmett Fox, the December 15th edition, where we discuss and share our experience on not being able to have our negative thoughts along with all the positive blessings.
Merry Christmas to everyone and a safe and happy holiday.

Join the Trudge Trio this week as we discuss our favorite Christmas movies and take a trip down Nostalgia Ave. We have a few grab bag topics and Corey tells a good story about an $18 Christmas gift from his dad. We also have a few current event topics that we touch on along with our typical NFL rant and this week, college football conference championships. A special shout out in the beginning to Corey's friend Dave who is going through some health concerns.
The recovery segment is a third extension of what we have been discussing the past few weeks. It centers around how we show up for our families during the holiday season compared to what we used to be like in our active addictions.

Join all four of us on Trudge Report this week as we recap our Thanksgiving holidays. Greg gets a little payback on Turkey since he was not on the Pod last week save for a few minutes. We go back in time to the JNCO jean days and we also bring producer Janine in for a hilarious $5 check fraud Rock Road jail story.
The recovery segment is an extension of what we discussed last week, navigating early sobriety and sobriety in general, around our families and the holidays. We talk specifically about how each of us react and weave through these situations. The observations we make on family members and friends that still drink. Today, how we are trying to be additive and pack into the stream of the holiday season, rather than trying to take out of it.
