Marc is definitely a guy who makes things happen.  He switched up his playwriting skills for scriptwriting and now is a making a horror movie about the infamous clown motel in Nevada, called 521 North Main. The title refers to the actual address of the clown motel.  Marc shared some great information on the differences and the similarities to plays and movies. He also talks about funding, which can always be a mystery.  He shares some great stories and also some great laughs. This is definitely one you don't want to miss.

This week we got to talk to Eric and PJ of Blood Moon Pictures. They're an award-winning video production company that make great gruesome horror flicks. We got to talk about how they got started in horror and why having a business partner that you click with. These guys were very open about what worked and what hasn't for them. We had a great discussion of their prior films and are definitely looking forward to their future productions.

Frank Ramsey (Gene Hackman) signs on a relatively green but highly recommended Lt. Cmdr. Ron Hunter (Denzel Washington) to the USS Alabama, which may be the only ship able to stop a possible Armageddon. When Ramsay insists that the Alabama must act aggressively, Hunter, fearing they will start rather than stop a disaster, leads a potential mutiny to stop him.

I ran into Thacher at a horror convention and knew I had to get him on the show. He writes suspenseful thrillers and some down and dirty horror. He does it with his own style and that is what I wanted to talk about. We had a great time discussing many things.
