1. God gave His people instructions for the coming new stage of their lives and today’s message He’s giving us instructions to remember for the coming stage of our lives.

I. Love God vs 4-5

a. What we love directs what we do

b. How do we cultivate our love for Jesus?

i. Spend time in His word

II. Love People vs 6-8

a. Love people by sharing the greatest love of your life

iii. Closest people to start loving is your family

i. The world around us should receive the blessing of the Lord through our lives
