Self-care is important and it’s not so much about what you do. It’s  really about slowing down while you’re doing whatever you feel like  doing.

I am going to adopt two puppies. Two brothers. Sky will come home with  one of his brothers. It was unexpected and there was a conflict between  my heart and my head. Is it the right thing to do?

I have never been a Star Wars fan so saying something that refers to those movies is very unlike me. This baby Shih Tzu was just perfect and unique in the way he looked. He was the one I was looking for and he is the one I will be holding in my arms for the very first time 8 weeks from now.

I have been on sick leave since yesterday. Last week is that I realized that I wasn’t in love anymore with Björn.  When I realized I wasn’t in love with him anymore, I also came to terms with the fact that my love life may be over at 35. It saddens me. Is there someone on this planet that could be a great match for me?

I miss Björn. I will probably never hear from him again. I don’t know. Last November, when I travelled with my consciousness, I saw us together, very much in love and expecting.

I had a 3 day long weekend. It really helped me to recharge. The past couple of weeks at work were quite stressful.

No sign from you. I contacted you a couple of days ago but no answer. Will I ever love someone as much as I have loved you? 

Last time I wrote I was on the last day of my periods and was feeling pretty low. But I feel much better now.
