The quality is a bit choppy in this episode as we were visiting him in his home, and about halfway, Steph's mic cuts out, but all in all, it still offers some good advice.

Lilly, feeling inspired when she found her old Ethic worksheets from school, decided to make this episode about how well/ or not so well we can maintain ethic and professionalism in the workplace with clients and family/friends. Steph and Lilly also discuss the importance of self-care.
