There is a lot of unrest in the country right now, with most focused towards the police departments (and rightfully so).  We think this problem runs a bit deeper and try to pin down who really is responsible for letting our country and people get to this point.

The George Floyd Murder at the hands of the Minneapolis Police was atrocious - but what does this really mean?  Is it solely racial conflict?  Or is there something else brewing we need to discuss?
