In this episode, I review emotionally dealing with the huge time of change and transformation that we're in.  Today's topic, among others:  the importance of understanding what true power is:  healthy empowerment.  It comes from being balanced on the inside.  HSP's in particular need to be conscious of energetic balance of all levels:  physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, and beyond.  Maintaining this in a healthy way is key.  I share info to help dissolve fear and uncertainty, including connection with a higher source and the benefit that we get from grounding things in 'the Highest Good of All'!!
     
 I talk about astrological happenings (Mercury Retrograde, Venus Retrograde, Mars, Pluto Retrograde, etc.), and how it can affect us in positive ways.  
   
 I end the episode by pulling and interpreting cards from the Osho Zen Tarot deck:  today it's Creativity / III The Empress, Letting Go / 8 of Cups, Politics / 7 of Swords, Participation / 4 of Wands, and Moment To Moment / 2 of Pentacles!  I interpret these using their Rider-Waite counterpart meanings as well.
