I met Hans Ingebretsen in Reno NV and have been trying to pin him down for a podcast ever since! Nothing more to say than to check out this episode!
I met Rey by walking into his muay thai class in Ely, Nevada. After a warm welcome, I participated in my first muay thai class. I loved it, and I learned quite a bit in the short time there.
Rey and I met in the basement of the Hotel Nevada and he shared his story with me. Give it a listen!
If you live near Ely, NV get over to Sain Dae Muay Thai and start training!
