In this episode, we hear the testimony of Tom Bevel in the Darlie Routier Case.

In Part 6 (and final part) of Bevel's testimony, defense attorney Richard Mosley interrogates Bevel on key blood evidence, including stains on Darlie's t-shirt, a knife allegedly used in the crime, and bl**d-stained objects such as a carpet and a rag. The analysis covers the mechanics of bl**d spatter, identifying expirated bl**d versus other bl**d droplets, and the relevance of stains on moving and stationary objects.

In this episode, Darlie’s defense team continues to question Tom Bevel, the alleged bloodstain pattern analyst. Mr. Mosty questions Bevel about his note-taking, and then we hear somewhat of a bombshell related to this. Mosty questions his theories on the two small stains on Darlie’s t-shirt and there’s a bit of tension when the judge asks the defense to do something.

In this episode, we hear from Tom Bevel, an "alleged" bloodstain pattern analyst who testified at the trial for the prosecution. This episode picks up where Part 1 ended. In this episode, we hear how Mr. Bevel did his experimentation by walking around the crime scene, dipping the alleged murder weapon in a “substance,” and then randomly dropping it on the floor.

His tests, though, didn’t match the crime scene photos.

We hear a discussion about the vacuum cleaner and the stains found there. He gives long and complex answers to questions that make you wonder if he’s just trying to confuse the jury.
