Episode 8 starts out with a serious conversation as the girls settle in and turn their attention to ‘intentional attention’ - Rosie’s new name for mindful meditation. Just because she's sick of both of those words. Not because it's actually anything different!
Sam gets into a rage at the servo and history is made when Rosie outstays Sam at a party.
The girls test out a brand new segment ‘Book club with Rosie and Sam’, which sees Rosie go down a rabbit hole and Sam not that keen to follow her. Relationship quiz is back which turns out to be Would You Rather, in disguise.
This week’s song is a romantic little ditty, ‘Get Old With You’ - born out of the time Sam fell through a camping chair.

This episode sees Sam skating on thin ice with her last shot at being in charge of the buttons. It's a food focussed convo this week as they discuss backstage vegetarian food, coco-pops, sugar free low fat foods and inadvertently write a country song about Phenylalanine. Ruby has feelings, Sam wonders why we don’t have muscle drugs. and Rosie talks about being whipped around the room in…. you guessed it, Muay Thai. In ‘would you rather’, we hear why Sam would rather pop 10 balloons in her face and Rosie talks about the similarities between giving birth and birthday parties, ending with a divisive opinion on horses. Listener questions are answered to the best of Rosie and Sam’s ‘non’ abilities.
Song of the week tackles an important phenomena… where are all the baby pigeons?

In episode 5 Rosie’s love for numerology is exposed along with just how different both her and Sam’s brains function where they delve into the world of consciousness of mushrooms and plants. Sam makes an interesting discovery after a trip to the Men’s urinal.
In true style they still have no sting for their segment ‘finish this proverb’, where they discuss things that should NOT go both ways.
‘Jingle Bingle’ sees some truly inspired new inventions (hello marketing? dog disguises anybody?) and their song of the week tells a tale of longing for lip moisture.
