Trump Co-Conspirators Start to Surrender in GA

Some of the 19 defendants in the election subversion case in Georgia started to turn themselves in at the Fulton County jail. CNN Correspondent Kristen Holmes breaks down who the first two were, and other developments in this case, including when former President Trump says he plans to surrender. This is happening on the eve of the first Republican presidential primary debate that Trump said he’s skipping.
