Later, Carol Leonnig and Andrew Weissmann join Nicolle to discuss the snag the Trump DOJ ran into in an effort to re-indict New York Attorney General Letitia James. In late November, Letitia James and James Comey had their criminal indictments dismissed by a judge, citing Prosecutor Lindsay Halligan’s “unlawful appointment.”
