An assassination attempt was made on former President Donald Trump Saturday as he spoke at a Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The assailant, now dead Thomas Matthew Crooks, was able to position himself on a nearby roof with a direct line of sight and fire off several shots before being killed by law enforcement officials. Thankfully Trump was only nicked in the ear before being rushed off the stage by Secret Service, but how did it all happen in the first place?
