A PATIENT WAS NOT INFORMED OF HAVING CANCER FOR A WHOLE YEAR ACCORDING TO LATEST ONTARIO PATIENT OMBUDSMAN REPORT

The OPO released the latest report earlier this month. It revealed an increase in new complaints and touched on the issue of many home care patients not receiving critical medical supplies. It even detailed how one patient went a full year before they were told that they had cancer! Craig details the latest.
