There is a shortage of tears in the kingdom of God. God moved over this land in the previous generation as a result of the tears of many intercessors. The tears are not shed for their needs, but for the sinful condition of the land and expansion of God’s kingdom. When churches have become party houses, the land has become like Sodom and Gomorrah, the elect are deceived by strange teachings, the faith of believers is wavering, and God’s Glory is replaced with man-made glory. Where is the respect due to God? Lot of pestilences and cyclones are coming. The poor and the needy are suffering. Do these things affect you? Is there any brokenness caused by observing these things?

Prophets are God’s artists who paint God’s mind on people’s hearts. They paint God’s anger, anguish, love, blessing, and happiness on people’s hearts. They move when God moves, speak when God tells them to speak, and hide when God says so. They paint the impressions and nature of God the Father on people’s hearts.

God in His mercy has shown a young person a vision of revival. The young person was taken to a small hut in a village. He saw a gathering of 20 young people praying for revival in the hut. They are praying for God’s Glory to fill their village and for many people to know Jesus as their saviour. 

There is a tsunami of darkness is approaching the land. One of the reasons for this tsunami is that God’s chosen vessels are misfiring and malfunctioning. They’re misfiring because they’ve fallen somewhere and lost God’s power. Instead of destroying their enemies, they are destroying themselves. 

In this chapter Luke 11:5-7, Jesus talks about a midnight friend who shares his three loaves. Jesus is our midnight friend. We can go to our Jesus even at late night. Most of the time, when our friends visit us, we have nothing to offer them. These friends arrive with needs(healing), difficulties, and situations for which we have no solutions. So we take these needs to our midnight friend and request for three loaves of bread.

God is sad looking at our lives. We relax or hide when we are supposed to go to battle. When we need to hide, we go to war. We are off season and out of season with God. We preach when we have to pray. We pray when we have to preach. We don’t grasp the move of the Holy Spirit.

Revivals are times when God sends this kind of mighty wind of the Holy Spirit. It blows with a great force, affecting everyone in a given place or region. This wind blows with such force that human hearts cannot withstand it.
